The Lodge at Saddleback
The newly renovated Lodge at Saddleback exemplifies the character and charm of Western Maine architecture. Vaulted ceilings, rough-hewn timbers, a massive fieldstone fireplace and sweeping views add to the rustic elegance of this mountainside venue. Tthis facility is of the largest and safest indoor venues of its kind in Western Maine, capable of hosting weddings up to 250 guests, year-round.
The Lodge at Saddleback offers full-service amenities; complete with indoor and outdoor venue space, dining facilities, onsite food & beverage and your own dedicated event coordinator to make your day exceptional and stress free. Available for Rehearsal Dinners, Ceremonies, and Receptions.
Ceremonies on the Wedding Deck & Lawn
Say “I Do” against hues of pink and purple lupine or autumn colored foliage with the Rangeley Lakes Region and Western Maine mountains as the backdrop. Complete with white folding chairs and a custom hewn wedding arbor, an outdoor ceremony at Saddleback is the perfect setting. The deck and surrounding lawn seats up to 250 guests. In the warmer months, we are able to offer outdoor sunset cocktail hours. We encourage brides to look at our beautiful lodge space as the primary option for the reception, but in warmer months we can arrange for a tented reception.
The Fireside Room
Enjoy your reception in our Fireside Room with panoramic views of Saddleback Lake and mountains. A large fieldstone fireplace sets the tone for a rustic, yet refined Maine mountain wedding. Exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, hanging lanterns and classic wooden cabin style chairs and tables add to the ambiance. This space can accommodate 175-200 guests. The fireplace can also serve as an alternative ceremony backdrop for small intimate indoor weddings during colder months.
Upper-Level Lodge
Our newly renovated restaurant and pub area on the third level of the lodge offers an expansive space to celebrate with your guests. The space features a built-in bar and ample room for guests to mingle and enjoy the evening while they dance the night away, enhanced by spectacular views of Saddleback Mountain and surrounding mountains and lakes. This space can accommodate to 200-250 guests.
Mid Mountain Lodge –
Showcasing the best views on the mountain, the Mid Mountain Lodge will be as beautiful as it is inspiring. The building includes floor-to-ceiling glass windows to capture breathtaking views of Saddleback, Rangeley Lake and beyond. Get chauffeured by our snow cat to your dinner destination in the winter, or get whisked away by our chair lift in the summer. Ideal for smaller weddings and rehearsal dinners.
