The newly renovated Lodge at Saddleback exemplifies the character and charm of Western Maine architecture. Vaulted ceilings, rough-hewn timbers, a massive fieldstone fireplace and sweeping views add to the rustic elegance of this mountainside venue. Tthis facility is of the largest and safest indoor venues of its kind in Western Maine, capable of hosting weddings up to 250 guests, year-round.

The Lodge at Saddleback offers full-service amenities; complete with indoor and outdoor venue space, dining facilities, onsite food & beverage and your own dedicated event coordinator to make your day exceptional and stress free. Available for Rehearsal Dinners, Ceremonies, and Receptions.

Say “I Do” against hues of pink and purple lupine or autumn colored foliage with the Rangeley Lakes Region and Western Maine mountains as the backdrop or at The Nest looking at expansive views from 3620′.

Complete with white folding chairs and a custom hewn wedding arbor, an outdoor ceremony at Saddleback is the perfect setting. In the warmer months, we are able to offer outdoor sunset cocktail hours. We encourage brides to look at our beautiful lodge space as the primary option for the reception, but in warmer months we can arrange for a tented reception.

Enjoy an outdoor cocktail reception on our expansive deck, overlooking lupine fields and the grandeur of Saddleback Mountain before enjoying your reception in our Fireside Room. Flanked by views of Saddleback Lake and the Western Maine High Peaks, a large fieldstone fireplace sets the tone for a rustic, yet refined Maine mountain wedding.

Exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, bistro lights, and classic wooden cabin-style chairs and tables add to the warm ambiance.

This is the largest indoor venue in Western Maine. The Fireside Room can accommodate 200 guests. The fireplace can also serve as an alternative ceremony backdrop for intimate indoor weddings during the colder months.

Our newly renovated restaurant and pub area on the third level of the lodge offers an expansive space to celebrate with your guests. The space features a built-in bar and ample room for guests to mingle and enjoy the evening while they dance the night away, enhanced by spectacular views of Saddleback Mountain and surrounding mountains and lakes. This space can accommodate to 200-250 guests.

Ride the Rangeley chairlift and whisk your guests to the midpoint of the mountain at The Nest at 3,620’. As Maine’s highest-elevation mountainside venue, The Nest is a truly elevated and intimate space for your celebration. Offering floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive views of Rangeley Lake and Mooselookmeguntic Lake plus East Kennebago Mountain in the foreground, The Nest brings the outside in. Enjoy the indoor-outdoor feel as The Nests’ west-facing doors all slide open. Abundant natural light and magical pendant drop lights illuminate the space in the evening, capturing the light of a golden sunset in the Western Maine mountains.

The Nest is best suited for small, intimate receptions and can accommodate 65 guests for a seated reception or 85 for cocktail-style celebrations.
